(*) 125-bis. The parties carrying out the activities referred to in Article 2195 of the Italian Civil Code shall publish in the notes to the financial statements and any consolidated financial statements the amounts and information relating to grants, subsidies, advantages, contributions or aid, in cash or in kind, not of a general nature and without remuneration, compensation or compensation, actually paid to them by the public administrations referred to in Article 1, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree no. 165 of 30 March 2001 and by the parties referred to in Article 2-bis of Legislative Decree no. 33 of 14 March 2013.
The parties preparing the financial statements pursuant to Article 2435-bis of the Italian Civil Code and those not required to prepare the explanatory notes shall comply with the obligation referred to in the first period by publishing the same information and amounts, by 30 June of each year, on their own websites, in a manner freely accessible to the public or, in the absence of the latter, on the digital portals of the trade associations to which they belong.
